Yes joe it's screwed up i know, my laptop gets stuck where it goes on "(3/3) Creating MapleStory.exe" after it it will simply not load and i tried the manual patches but i can't get it to work anyone help?

yup also freezing up at Map.wz,,,, currently uinstalled game and reinstalling now, lets see what happens

For me, it seemed like it was stuck at Mob.wz, but after waiting a few minutes, it's now slowly going up.

Use Gamelauncher.exe

i'm on ms atm, i had the sever check error too i restart my computer and try it again but ms disappears after a few sec, for me i start the game launcher and clicked start game and then i almost click game start from the website when i click both i can open maplestory =.=;; a lot of work tho

Same, same. I'm re downloading the game atm.

When I try to start using Gamelauncher it tells me "Cannot locate game installation path. Please check the installation."
Also, I'm trying to play it off a flash drive. Dunno if that has anything to do with it or not.

Re-downloading now. Good thing I'd been meaning to re-download sometime soon anyway. My Maple file's gotten too big from failed patches. >_<

no
the error is because of some sort of permissions error
the patch can't overwrite the file so it's failing
it will automatically create a new maplestory.exe at the end

if i cant get map do i get rid of map thingy then download?
and if i go to reinstal maple and completly delete it do i delete everything or just the maplestory icon in the folder

my patch just finished.
i win.

im gonna flip the freak out. this crap is stupid. lol nexon fails.....

the map may take longer cuz im guessing that edlestein(maybe) is a big map?

ffs i used up all my internet and im dialup speed so i cant redl. FML

entering happyville if you get stuck go on another character and change you quality to the highest, if you're having trouble with game launcher, using the website helped
i finished my patch using the game launcher and log in by using the website and it work, my game launcher still no good =.=;;

for missing gamelauncher error: move the gamelauncher.exe file back to your C:/Nexon/Maplestory folder before patching

for can't overwrite maplestory.exe error: move the maplestory.exe file out of your C:/Nexon/Maplestory folder after you start patching but before the patch finishes

Help! mine says when i do gamelauncher.exe it says:
GamelLauncher.exe We are unable to find this file. Please try again. If the same error occurs, please delete all previous MapleStory game files and re-install the game client from maplestory.nexon.net

(Error Code : 2) The system cannot find the file specified.

Im having the problem of it saying that GamePatcher.exe is not able to open. Then it says that the patch failed..what do i do?

after around 50 seconds of being stuck on map.wz it went flying to finish and then iwas able to play i did not update manually.

my patched work the first time but i got stuck on map happville so patch again since it won't open and it got stuck at map, now it closes every 5 seconds o-o
before i can type anything it closes x.x
