Is this emp robe good enough for end game?

What do you guys think? Is this robe good enough for end game or do i need more %int on it? I'm not sure how good 12matk is compared to %int...
Should i sell these and maybe aim for a clean one or poorly scrolled with 12-15% int? I don't have very much mesos but i think i could get a 12-15% one poorly scrolled if i sell this robe back. Do you guys think more %int over the 12m.atk?

Mmm so i need more %int. okay i guess i could replace these with something more %int 'cause i really have the worst luck with cubing...
More cubing needs to be done, add a 1%Neb
Definitely get more %int if you want it to be an endgame robe. Get 12~15% INT at least.

i woudnt really call it an endgame cause endgame = godly
it its fairly good though
