Would it be the same if, lets say that i am wearing a 8 atk glove. and i wear a 2 atk pac. Would that all be a 10atk?

Weapon Attack is just a stat like Str, Dex, Int, Luk.
There are not separate Weapon Attack stats, it is all pooled into the same stat when it comes to damage formulas.
If that still boggles your mind then just think of anything that adds "Weapon Attack" directly adds it to your actual weapon. So think of your 2watk PAC and 8watk glove as a +10watk to your gun (if that's your main).
