Maple hot time event

ALL MAPLERS SHOULD BE OUTRAGED ABOUT HOW NEXON HAS BEEN HANDLING THEIR SCHEMES.
IT'S THE 12TH OF DECEMBER NOW:

Cassandra still does not give me the option to receive my event item and SP reset scroll. I was online at 2:00-2:01 pm PST, but my inventory was full due to training, I was just picking up everything... and I got a note saying I can still get my items later on that day, but STILL NO ANSWER FROM CASANDRA... even the MAIN WEBSITE stated that, if for any reason we did not receive the items but was online for that time, we can still talk to Cassandra from 2:30 - 8 pm PST. I waited... and waited...

THIS IS A LEGIT LIE! TOTAL LIE! You may say it's not that big of a deal, but it's the principle in all of this PEOPLE!
It may not be a lie... just a glitch. A legit glitch... but why is there no immediate action in letting the community know that they acknowledge the problem and is in the process of fixing? Again, this is just another poor act of customer service! AND I KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WORK AT A RESTURANT, IT'S WHAT BUSINESS IS ALL ABOUT! ( I know you 10 year olds are asking what working at a restaurant has to do with maple, not gona explain).

PLEASE, go to the main website; log on a ticket to complain. It's the little things we do that will improve OUR GAME! I really like this game, and I wish there were better people running it, but we cannot do anything. Do not leave threat about quitting, or suing for mental stress! ( LOL, I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR A CASE ABOUT THIS) - Rather, let them know that they are not doing a good enough job to keep their customers satisfied! Remember guys, EVERY VOTE MATTERS! (Again, some 10 year old is like, wteff?)
