Solution to PIC d/c
Log on to mule.
Change screen setting to highest. Change resolution to the new better 1, not the 800 by 600 one.
Relog into your glitched PIC char. Should work.

i suggest u read this again in the thing he said it is for the pic d/c then he changes it to being the solution for ppl with chracters stuck on maps ( which this is the solution for not the pic one) and im telling him to change it because he is just fooling everyone with the pic d/c problem

My resolution is already on the highest
This solution is for users who are trapped in various maps after BB patch. (mostly in malaysia)
does not for users with unknown reasons why can't log in after PIC, (chars glitched before BB patch)
im pretty sure yr wrong this is for teh stuck chracters on different maps
