twister spin bugged?
Seems like this skill for me is on infinite cooldown with the message saying the skill is on cooldown popup on the message. I'm sure it's been like this like a year ago for my BaM, but I always assumed it would be fixed o_O.

Try equipping a wand, using the skill fail at it then equip a staff and see if it works? Idk never heard of this before.
Edit: I did manage to glitch my BaM before to have the animation of Twister SPin around me, but the skill wasn't working, it was Legit.
Are you using a joystick or something?
yep. Funny enough i get the same message without a staff instead of the 'you don't have a staff equipped' message
I couldn't quite tell from the picture whether or not you had a staff equipped but make sure you do. Have you tried putting it on a different button?

Are you holding it down when you use it? Maybe you click it too fast for you to see but it registers
works fine for me
