I can hit max with ab link skill sometimes. I have 112% luk with 107k range self buffed w/ mw 11 and 75% boss.

for NL's idk i think @underpaying has max range clean he'll probably know

@UltraLudde: i sold my NL's gear in preparation for Xenon
it's really not hard to believe, i had 6% dmg from my claw, 20% dmg from hero gloves.. to go along with 155k range lmfao
not to mention putting crits into account
but to each their own.

i've been hitting cap on bosses ever since i had 140% luk, (i had 120% boss), but on regular mobs, at 140% luk i hit around 600 (when i had 123k range), the max i've reached was ~155k with 180% luk and i hit around 750-850k per star of course

edit: i also had a lot of % damage to help me hit those numbers

Probs over 1000% when Unlimited comes along.

Anyway, it really varies because your total attack plays a part too. Someone with 200+ attack but only 30% luk would outdamage someone with 80% luk but only 130 attack. I'd say at least 150% luk and 300+ attack across all of your gear. I'm not there yet so I can only guesstimate lol.

110k range, 100% luk. 350~420k per star, 550~750k on bosses (30% boss). It's important to boost your crit though. I currently have 81% crit rate, though I still need inner ability. I hit about 75% damage on non-crits, so it's a pretty big deal.

Depends on what you buy.
If you go for cheaper items, you could get 6% shoes, 6% belt and 12% earrings for about 600m. Bera, though.
But if you get into more expensive items, you'll have a harder time. Like Empress with %LUK, or specs/rac mask, weapons, etc. However, those would most likely cost more than the 1b.

Well, I have 90% Luk and I'm not even close to hitting max with phantom bl0w (with final cut I only do 400k x 12 average) (Bosses 750k x 12). So normally I only do 210k x12 average. (90k range buffed)

i barely hit 800k stars with a 112k range with about 80% boss =$
edit: this was with about 14x% luk

Phantoms are insanely weak T.T You'll have a tough time hitting max.

I had 42% LUK, and my range was only around 40k clean. With buffs and such, I could only hit 80-130k.
I'd say I was weaker than most, since I had a weak cane, but yea.

So, you'd definitely need more than 42% LUK.

Uhm. I'm not entirely sure how much you'd really need, but I know you'd have to be insanely rich to be able to afford getting good enough equips to hit max as a phantom x___x

Pretty much the same. xD A little bit better, I suppose, but it'd be about the same. Thieves in general are fairly weak.
I'd say NLs and Phantoms are the weakest of the thieves.
