Are you guys seriously confused? I said "10 ATTACK 11 M.ATTACK 2 SLOT U/H DEMOCRAT BALLOON".
@Ecyz It's regular orange helisium and I don't want to EE it too much, risk it blowing up and all of that goes to waste.
If it's Elite Heliseum, use it and EE it a few times.
