P/c On Scrolls

I recently acquired a scroll called "Scroll for Armor Dex 60%"
Effect is +2 Dex
Also what about the LUK and INT version on this scroll?
This is not the overall armor scroll that I am used to seeing. What does it do? and how much does it cost? This is in GAZED but willing to hear prices in other servers!
