What level do you have to be to start getting exp while leaching at LHC?

@Above: Ch1, everybody just spams it there. You find a party there and judging from your world, ch1 most definitely won't be empty.
Well yea 110, but it is much better exp to attack while HS-ing, yes...even for bishops!
Yeah it kinda does because this is when I can stop grinding by myself at MP3 and go to LHC and kind of (not really) attack and just heal and HS people for exp
Does this have to do with bishops?
Anyway, 110 is the minimum. You can't enter the map unless you're 110+.
