Hackers as always will be here no matter what. For the economy itself, it is still pretty messed up, clean high level weapons/armours, 60% scrolls for weapons and int, str, dex, luk armour scrolls are barely 1m-3m. For empress it will depend on the world but the price range for amours are 30mill+, weapons are in the range of 140m-700mill.
Yes, hackers are ever-present. Furthermore, there have been a lot of annoying exploits lately.
Empress stuff in Windia is typically 15-40mil per armour piece, except capes which are 1bil or more (except thief cape), and weapons are a few hundred mil.
