It is that time again college students

Time to register and pick classes for the next quarter/semester.

I am debating whether not I should go to school twice a week for the entire day or five days a week for like three hours. I currently take classes only on Monday and Wednesday which leaves me with a nice weekend with Tuesdays off. I go to class from 12:30 to 9:30 which isn't bad at all and I only drop $20 a week for gas to get to school and back home.

The only things that are holding me back from choosing a Two day schedule for the new quarter is because there is an English professor I really want to take (I had her for another class) and I learned a ton from her class but all of her classes go from Monday through Friday. On top of that I need to take a math course next quarter and I either have the option of taking a math class twice a week for 2 hours a day or five days a week for one hour a day. The last time I took a two hour math class it was pretty bad.. I felt like time was going by extremely slow. On top of that I would probably end up having to drop a ton of $ on gas if I were to go to school five days a week.

So I am at that stage of choosing which schedule I would rather have.. and praying to satan that I don't get wait listed in any of my classes.

I made mine back in April, but I may make some changes, especially if I decide to change majors

I couldn't possibly fit my classes all in 1 day. 5 classes with 3 hours of lecture a week , 2-3 hour tutorials for all those classes weekly, and another 3 hour once a week class.

I registered for spring like a month ago lol...

Yay priority registration.

Finals here are different. If you have a class monday and wedesnday there is a chance your final could call on tuesday or thursday
the school schedules finals for each class so that they don't overlap too badly

as for midterms yeah it sucks but it just like high school where you have 5-6 different classes with the tests on the same day
A friend of mine got priority registration and he chose his classes so that they all fell on a Monday; he'll be taking 15 units and attending class from 7am~6pm once a week.

His logic: "Well yumtoast, if I'll only have to go to classes once a week. Not only that, it'll be like a vacation when we get a bunch of Monday holidays (MLK Jr Day, President's Day, etc)."
That is what sup! I just had a 5 day weekend thanks to memorial day and I only had to school once for this week.
