What have you gotten planned today?

For you Thanksgiving folks, going to eat anything special? Have anything fun planned?

I'm laying in bed with my sickness getting worse ever since yesterday. Also, the family and I (somewhat) are packing up to move to another house...again. Haven't stayed in this house for even a month.
Oh. No turkey for me. ):

Yea, I knew that Thanksgiving passed in Canada. Maybe I should've added another question to make it more clear...haha.
Had to go to school because Thanksgiving in Canada passed.

my family's eating rice paper rolls, and a turkey.
but i'm going to spend half the day cooking, buying groceries, and cleaning the house, then i'm gonna have to transport all the food i've cooked to my grandmas house then we're gonna have the feast at 6:00
while my MOM is 'helping' my grandma do something.

I've got family coming over at 1:00. And then I'm going to stuff myself with a delicious three course meal. I just asked my mom; anti-pasto starts in an hour.

Pretty much the same plans as me. My family's Italian as well, so we're doing the anti-pasto in like 45 minutes. Dinner at 4 or so, dessert around 6.

@sandylambb: Every holiday is a BIG Italian feast. It used to be 4 courses but we cut out the pasta. Christmas Eve is just as big as Christmas lol

@sandylambb: lol no! Its more of like an informal dinner, everyone grabs a plate put some food and socialize in the house. Then we'd all gather in a circle in the living room and say what we're thankful for.
So does like noone celebrate thanksgiving? T_T no lives....
What im doing is going to my uncles house and having a HUGE feast with all my friends and family
The OP and the first poster = Everyone on Basilmarket, lol.

Anyway, OT... I'm going to my boyfriend's family thanksgiving lunch and dinner. I would be going to my own family's, but since my boyfriend's departure date is coming up, I thought I'd celebrate it with him. Although, I'll most likely stop by for my family's late-dinner.

I'm so jealous D:

OT: No turkey for me either. I'm usually the one who cooks the Thanksgiving meal and seeing my current condition, I don't think it's going to happen

Going to my grandma's (mom's side) at 2PM and then to my grandparents' (dad's side) at 6-7PM for a big family dinner. Yay.
