Nightlord hyper skills.

I really do love playing my Night Lord but there is only one problem with him..

NO Avenger.

Night Lords suck now. My level 70 Luminous overpowers my 109 Hermit. Which sucks, since I really like thieves

Just play if it you like it. If you need advice, it probably isn't the class for you. Everyone loves to hate Night Lords, especially damage and skill variance. If you compare it to Bowmasters, the mobbing is considerably better. With SI, I think QT is actually faster (not sure) than hurricane. Also, comparing to battle mages, night lord is way more exciting in my opinion. Battle Mage spams one attack for all monsters, mobbing and 1v1. Night Lord at least uses two attacks.

if you like hitting noobsauce damage, sure, go for it!
otherwise, join the DB club. We have godmode avoid, godly damage, two weapons, and ridiculous crit rate

I have really like thieves , but when i made a NL and got it to 120 (before tempest) I realized that the ONLY new move i have was QT, which was really disappointing. Since i would be grinding in lhc for a long time, the only move i can really use is shad split or shuriken burst. Their mobbing is disappointing, but 1v1 is pretty good.

If you have a sofisticated taste, pick NL. Saying that you're getting outdamage by a Luminous it is not an excuse to not make or main a NL because Luminous are OP to begin with, of course NL's are not the top attackers but they're ok. Yes, they do require a bit of funding but you'll get there slowly.

I agree. Don't get trapped. meaning if you start playing one, it is fun at first, then you fund it, and it gets really fun (cause well... you are strong) then you realized you are not as strong as you thought (you are waaaay stronger in the beginning. at 7bil funding and almost 100k Nx on equips for my NL, and I still get outdamaged by unfunded luminous (only hot time hat/rod)) but every time you start a new character, you still know that your NL is your strongest character cause its the highest level...

tl;dr version- dont play one. they suck.
