Quite frankly you and many other people have been complaining about pirates more than pirates complaining themselves. Most classes already had their time to whine about a revamp or nerf. @Skaihart: Well, yes they are the same class; the only differences being the name and the attack skins. Still, while I was watching the Dragon Warrior gameplay I couldn't help but cringe at the horrible animations. I'd say GMS did a better job here and, though the skills are from the revamp, the skins are much better than the Dragon Warriors'.
And I really can't consider this an "exclusive class" simply because it's a mixture of new skills for two older classes. It's more of robbery than exclusiveness (we're still getting our revamp, though).

I just find it funny how so many people complained about the revamp when it was 1st announced and then finally accepted the change. Now people are complaining they're not getting the revamp. I enjoy playing my Bucc even though I took a break from it and started playing my other classes, which I'm mainly doing for the character deck.

@DragonzSage: You misunderstood. I'm not bashing mages. I used that as an example of how people complained and are being unreasonable towards pirates to the point that its disgusting. Also note that pirates are only focused on pure dpm yet cannot achieve it at all due to the obvious not needed to mention flaws. They were not stronger than mages, and the skill elemental boost, has always been there but doesn't do anything useful since torp replaces IS and FT in fourth job. Not to mention torp is already a poor mobbing move, only hitting once, very unstable damage compared to mages much more useful multihit mobbing moves.

I myself have a STRless sair that I created when the class and Demethos first came out so I have a strong love for them too, HOWEVER, I can't allow you to bash mages and use that example. Let us not forget that when our elemental boost where taken out pirates where still stronger than mages and even after many revamps mages still fall short of being attackers or usefull in parties compared to most other classes (yes, pirates have fallen below them now but not back then). As for sairs loosing their elemental boost on IC and FT, those aren't a sairs main source of damage. For an ELEMENTAL mage whose attacks are ELEMENT based, loosing ELEMENTAL boosts are pretty significant compared to a sair loosing a slight boost to 2 skills that aren't used exstensively.

@Icephoenix21: I could say the same to any, no EVERY other class who has complained about something petty to me. Complaining is what gets things done. Don't like it? Get over it. Its how we even got our first and only revamp, its also called, don't be surprised by this...FEEDBACK. Without feed back / complaints, nothing changes, and the game would of died ages ago. Every class had their QQ periods while pirates patiently waited, it, so why didn't they shut the hell up and endure it? No class has endured this bullcrap from nexon as long as pirate has.

Bishops were great a majority of Pre-BB, they were still awesome even after if you wasn't a total child looking to turn your support class in to the meanest baddest mother effing dpmer in the world. So tell me when pirates had a period of greatness or OPness? Never.

what I think may happen is Jett counts as the "pirate revamp" whilst bucc and corsair skills remain exactly the same. The theif revamp will come out untouched and hopefully as well subsquent revamps, dual blade return, resistence etc...
Could gms release Jett and still give buccs and sairs their new skills- I don't know, we will have to see

so is the pirate revamp no more? Jett at least from the vids is a reskined, space themed Dragon Warrior, and the dragon warrior is the class that combines the corsair and bucc revamps to one class-we can assume Jett is the same. At least from the preview vid Jett is the revamp corsairs where "suppose to get". Instead of and octopus doing fueslide you have a robot, etc...

So we know Jett is coming to GMS, we are assuming with the skills as shown in the vid, so what happens to buccs and corsairs who have been patiently awaiting thier revamp? Is it no more, buccs and corsairs remain the same? - If so I do feel for your guys. I don't play a cors or a bucc but I know how much many of you have been looking to the revamp.

There were also skills similar to fusillade, rapid fire, snipe, and probably more.

I'm feeling convinced that there won't be a pirate revamp. I hope I get proved wrong.

I'm not sure if you seen Dragon Warrior skills but they're KMS revamp pirate skills.

This is the Jett trailer supposedly coming out tomorrow or the 27th. You'll see rapid fire, enraged fist, shockwave, corkscrew blow, nautilus ship.

Before you think "Yes! This looks bad ass!" you have to consider the already existing 4th job pirates, it's a slap in the face if pirate revamp doesn't come out as well... it's equivalent to releasing Mercedes without revamping archer and WH.
