Nexon America is a subsidy of Nexon Korea, so yes they are implementing it onto their own servers.

You can't really blame people for being impatient. After so many loyal players have been playing for years the game gets old fast with a routine most players are familiar with having to do such as spamming buttons at monsters to kill with no challenge. Which is why players feel entitled to new content frequently.. doing the same thing for 3 months would surely get people to be playing even less which is what we see now in GMS.
They're developing new content to release to the test server. Probably 5th job.
I expect it to come in December, and a couple minor patches up until then.

Just because it's exclusive to GMS doesn't mean it wasn't developed by Nexon Korea. They already answered this in a QA session a few years ago.
