Theyre remaking Majoras Mask for the Wii U

This is, in my opinion, horrible. It seriously just looks like they're trying too hard to have good graphics and are, because of this, completely butchering my favorite Zelda game. It looks like a freaking DISNEY MOVIE! MAJORA'S MASK IS NOT A DISNEY MOVIE! It does not look eerie, it does not look creepy, it does not send shivers down my spine, it simply makes me want to bash Link's tiny little deku face in. I don't even want to know what the moon looks like.
All I can hope for now is that they only made the trailer look like that, and the game won't look completely stupid and like a disney cartoon. If it does, my childhood will be forever ruined and I will never ever forgive Nintendo. Ever.
What are your thoughts?

Ya...didn't know it was fake. Also, didn't know it was old. But What made me angriest was the clock tower, and how it was all grassy and stuff. Completely inaccurate. Also, the graphics did anger me too. Glad it's fake.
Oh, and that whole childhood thing was a joke. Obviously not my ENTIRE childhood. Just a large portion of it.

I don't doubt the fact that it'll be cheaper than the Ps4 or the next xbox but I don't understand why you think it would do so bad? I know a lot of people waiting for it. Even if it does so bad and ends up getting a price a cut it'll probably end up doing much better than the PS4 and Xbox combined when it comes to sales. Just take a look at the 3DS it's dominating the PS vita and it's have a better first year than it's predecessor the DS. Nintendo lacks power in it's systems that I agree on but they never cease to amaze me with what they have. Unless Sony and Xbox have something more to give than a more powerful system they will never be as a good as Nintendo in my book.

Whoop-dee-doo. The console wasn't built around online play. Nintendo even stated they feel the best experiences happen in the living room. This will change with the Wii U, but the Wii console was not meant for online play.

The only thing that makes a Play Station 3 or XBox 360 better than the Wii are the titles labeled mature, which people seem to think mature = hardcore. Other than that, people are blind and think graphics are the best thing to ever happen, and since Wii isn't an HD console, they bash it for its lack of mature-rated titles and the lack of realistic graphics.
Now that the Wii U has all of these abilities, will pull it off, and does it better than the PS3 and XBox 360, the only reason people have to hate it is their idea of the failure of the Wii console, but in fact, Wii was the most successful console of its generation. Really, people who say PS3 and XBox 360 are better and Nintendo is pure crap are blind fanboys who feel they must ride the hate train.
Now, if you can come up with an actual [i]legitimate[/i] reason as to why the Nintendo consoles suck, even though they're widely successful throughout the world, I would like to hear it.

That has been proven in the past that it's fake. The creators of the trailer even stated it was fake.
Also, I'm glad Halo and Call of Duty are the only games mentioned that make XBox 360/PS3 better than the Wii U. FPS games are the only worthy games on the planet, aren't they? All high graphics, no variety! That's just the way the gaming industry needs to dive further into!
Sorry, but I'll take my Metroid, Zelda, Kirby, Pikmin, and the fun, "casual" games over the FPS genre being the only games of a console's lifetime.

It looks ok. I was hoping for a completely new zelda game but this is ok. ^^ They did just released Skyward sword not long ago.

The Wii U isn't that bad of a system, really, considering it's Nintendo. I can just tell it's gonna spawn so many bad remakes. Also, the Wii U controllers are nearly 200$ each. You don't need to use them, but half the games for multiplayer will require it I bet.
