I just fused a unique. Should I try to cube?

Cube something worth it.
If you're fine with not being able to transfer, then just fuse till unique 3L, or epic 3L if you don't mind cubing more. After all, they're in the same tier as racc masks or spec goggles. But if you're just gonna cube an untradeable, I'd suggest cubing 3L kenta goggles instead, since I'm pretty sure those always come out unique from the PQ, and they're tier 3 (lvl 80).

Anything under 71*, 100 is a completely random number.
And it'd definately be better to fuse them due to the fact that they're so easy to get.
IMO you should get a unique one via fusing then cube, they are the same tier as spectrum goggles after all.
go on your alchemist (hopefully at a decent-ish level). kill monsters, get lotso goggles. fuse til u get a godly pot. buy some scissors. voila

Best cubing opportunities belong to Raccoon Masks and Spectrum Goggles.

they are lvl 50 item so prob not worth cubing
Well i put a nebulite slot in mine so im guessing that you can cube them O-o
