You can craft one of them as a smither. Under the sub weapon section I think. Near the Esther shield. Materials are easy to get.
If you want, I could make it for you if you gather the materials. Contact swynub.

i dont think you can craft an item under lvl 50, but cool effort tho. if they are too hard to find, just wooden fence it
