I'm not a woman, and I'm don't boast a huge package. I'm a 7, and it seems to do the job.
How I can tell : She falls asleep shortly after. Never understood this whole "cuddling" thing after sex.
Technique matters. If she thinks something feels good, it's up to you to decide whether moving it side to side or using a different angle would kill her moment, or make her ecstatic. Just... know your woman?

OT: Obviously it matters.. that's like asking a guy if he wants a girl who's loose or tight.
And if you're a girl and you'd rather a 6.5 inch one instead of a 4.5 inch one, then your answer is "yes, it matters", you don't have to sugarcoat it to try and sound nice.

Size = no (though I can't quite judge)
experience = not at all
technique = I guess.
The only issue a man could have reall is if his thingaling is as thick as a finger but even then a woman could feel it.
Size as in length matters nothing - in fact it's disadvantageous if it's too long.
the woman's va jay jay has most nerves within the first third - women can't feel much to nothing at all beyond that (otherwise tampons would be pure hell. Women don't feel them if put in correctly)
The next point where they can feel again is the cervix - but for some women it's hurtful if it's hit. For some it's enjoyable but for other's it's like a punch in the gut.
Size doesn't matter until it's too long.

I think size do matter, at least for me (not the way u think it is >.< but i mean, u can have more fun in less time, right?

For the average woman, this is the case (based on polling) :
4 or less = disappointing
5 ~ 7 = perfect
8 ~ 9 = Huge, nearing/sometimes painful
10+ = extremely painful
Circumference is a big deal, too. I forget sizes for circumference, though.
As people already pointed out, though, there's more to it than size.
It doesn't matter as long as it's average.. As for experienced..I personally prefer a virgin.. I'm a virgin by the way.
