I think they just drop cause i got like 3 from tot yesterday

Yep, still dropping for the time being. They aren't supposed to though. At least this pvp is apparently going away on 10/17 according to that quest talking about training for the upcoming battle or something like that. So that might mean back to being monster drops after that.

As it is right now the bar fills up once every 10 minutes or so, regardless of how good or bad you're doing in pvp. When I had a 38/37 win/loss rate, it filled up at the same speed as when I got a 100/40 win/loss rate. At least with the old pvp, if you did well you got more emblems =/

Yes they are still dropping. I got one from a Chief Oblivion Guardian yesterday. I'm assuming most ToT monsters still carry them.

Right after the 118 patch, they still dropped. The emergency patch fixed this.

Now we're stuck with the incredibly slow moving gallant bar.
