Basically im level 121 ice lighting and i wanna know if there is any party quest i can do for decent exp or any place where i can grind(name of the monster)

i was getting mad exp at the el nath monster carnival pq at ur level
The PQs at 120 give roughly the same exp I think. Try to go with people your level range so that you'll actually get exp from kills (eg Hob PQ, Kenta PQ, Escape PQ). Doing MPQ could also still be pretty good exp til 130 at the latest if you have a party which can clear it fast.
As for monsters, LHC is probably still good (though they changed it, and I haven't been there since then) if you can find a party. If you're training solo, it's going to be slow regardless of where you go, but the lower portion of the Ludi clock tower (Gigantic Spirit Vikings and Grim Phantom Watches) and parts of Leafre are probably your best bet apart from maps like Azwan or Golden Temple. Also, if you have not yet done so, completing the Ninja Castle card set gives a fair amount of experience. When you hit 135 you can go to Monster Park again as well, but I'm not sure how the revamped version is as I haven't tried it.
