Your precious reverse sets
Hey there Evans.
For those of you, how much do you like your reverse sets? How much time did you spend collecting the "ingredients", makering them?
Maybe blowing things up, cubing, remaking better versions?
Well say hello to a 140 set of items.

Now it really depends on what you want.
Are you really willing to wish your secondary stat (luk) to 170 for a brand new set of equipment? Do you want a 45w.att/m.att bonus with the complete set?
Are you ready to experience scrolling like youve never done before? Well, are you?
Personally I find this set quite useless. The stat requirement for the seconday stat is incredibly high, its insane.
[b]The potential system was changed so now everything level 71+ gives the same potential.[/b] I needed to bold that because its very important. Why get this set when your reverse set can provide the best stats with maker, and still provide the max potentials available?
[b]May I add that this is rumored to drop from the new boss, Cygnus[/b]. She's a lot tougher than PB. With her knights fighting and the pot cooldown, who knows when she'll be beaten.
So what do you say Evans. Are you ready to throw away your reverse sets, or will you stay faithful to your brigade of blue?

Also, good luck. Even with dark crystals giving you the max boost in combination with advanced luk crystals, you'll never have enough luk (I'm assuming your base is low though). Whats your base luk?[/quote]
I'm 147 and haven't made my reverse yet either lol. Just haven't been getting any PoTs since Big Bang came, it seems like they're so much more rare now.

I Havnt makered anything due to my lack of wis crystals >< how did you guys get yours?
I need to mention that the level 130 items(i think 130 and not 140 can also be made.

For a split second you can see the weapon (i managed to freeze it at 2:11, but since its blurry i cant see the level req).
Also, the maker skill has been completley removed. Now the "professions" system is the new maker, except you can only choose any 2 proffessions at 1 given time (which will be problematic).
Maplestory isnt maplestory anymore. Theyre turning it into a mini 2d-WoW.
my BM has 60 base str (WAS good before potential ;x) now my total str is 198, only str potential i have is 6% str, only str gear is my 34str evernew, scar helm, rings, shoes and chtp (40 all)

Well they did change the potential system now. Not only does everything 71+ give the same potential, but some of the potentials have been lowered, if I remember correctly. So instead of something like 9% int, 9% int and 6% (is that possible currently, i dont know), the max is lower. I think the 9's change to 6's.

I'm still planning on making the reverse set. I dont care about this new set.
1. It's uglier than reverse imo (i love blue).
2. Requires wayy too much work (im lazy).
3. I'm not some damage hoe, i dont care about the set effect bonus. If I can train properly I'm fine.
Well I got enough luk, but the new set seems will cost a LOT and really hard to get.
One thing attracts my eyes is the stat on them, each piece gives +m.att and heaps INT & LUK, plus the set bonus... humm, if I got the whole set (replaced my czhel and ele staff), I could still get % Max HP&MP and +2 all skills, and 30% boss damage. But really, recube all these stuff will COST way too much and I'm not sure if I will do it lol
@Jarretboyle: 10 levels higher means that many less people though (maybe I'm being a bit dramatic, but think about it).
Sure a bishop per party could overcome that, but that means if they die, you'd almost always be screwed.

Plus its fun to see what people will choose. A "godly' set with a 45matt bonus or precious reverse items that took time, money and dont need such a high second stat requirement.
