So they do cost NX like for say when you get to level 30 the skill won't go to max level automatically like evans does now
You can buy the books for Dual Blades in the Free Market (read: from other players, they come from Mystery Books) too I think, but yeah those books are still in the CS.
Ugh my friend thinks they don't cost NX can someone upload a SS to prove it,
