I have this really bad canker sore
It's the worst one I've ever had (I get them about once every 3 months since I bite my cheek often), and I don't know an easy way to get rid of it.
I won't gargle salt water, since even the taste of that makes me throw up.
I can't use the canker tablet things because they won't stick on the canker (possibly because they expired 2 years ago).
What else can I do? I can't smile, I can't frown, I can't eat or drink, and I can't even talk without pain.
Help me, Dr. Basil!

Use mouthwash?
If all else fails, get an ointment for it.

This might not be the most convinient thing, but my recomendation is just carry some cotton balls around with you and just have one between your teeth and the wall of your cheek.
