the cheapest upgrades you can get :
-cape
-shoes
-earrings
-DABR's are 200mil in scania, idk about windia but i can imagine they are around there.
-you can also add 1% DEX nebulites to your gear for cheap.

you could always get more % dex on your shoes, or those duped/hacked VSS? do you have a cygnus knight buff mule?
