i have about 60% stat on my main.
am i : noob, average joe, pro, naruto, goku or dio brando?

I'd say 200%+.

70% Is above average though

I consider 30% and below to be average.
30-70% to be average.
70-100% to be above average.
100-150% to be strong.
150-200% to be great.
200-250% to be pro.
250% + to be godly.

Just how I look at it, though. Most people only think of it as below average, average, above average and pro.

Realistically, you can easily get:
3% top, bottom (from monster park)
2-4% shoes (crafting)
3% glove (maybe)
6% earrings (crafting)
and 2-4% belt (crafting).

That still works out to 23%, but it's spread out differently. Plus, my Kaiser has only like 21% str with NW30 but I have nicely scrolled emp, so what does that make me?

I had 62% int on my shad. Am I pro?

That's pretty good, but there is always room for improvement.
