Hey guys so I followed what this other guy suggested in another thread. Simply request an Email Change ticket and you can reset your PIC and password after that .
i dont think he got hacked most chances are that his account got glitched even if you try to reset the password it just wont let you its a random bug that happens to unlucky ppl like me -_- open a ticket and hope to get it back ... there are ppl who waited 5 months to get it back
You should just search "wrong password" in the basilmarket forum search you will find a lot of topics about this and I'm not just saying this there are seriously a lot of topics on this issue haha. Easier then waiting for replies x).

5 months to get it back
Step 1) Make sure caps lock is off
Step 2) type the password in very slowly
Step 3) log in.
If after this you still cannot get in. then you sir, have been hacked
Make sure your caps lock isnt on
