Found A Way right now To Increase Charm Before End of Year
I found out you can buy unlimited amounts of equips from 99 NX sale so you could possbily increase your charm without doing much and spending as much nx you would on regular equips. I may be wrong though; sorry in advance.

every 10 levels after 30 gives you a free perm emote.
@Kyo1135: gives you a random trait to lvl 30. it all depends on your luck

I love the queasy emotion (the one that makes you puke). I use the emotion and make my android puke as well, and I walk around people and disgust them.

Didnt the trait potion give you charm? I got 2 chars of mine to lv 33 charm ;l
10k NX for 5k charm. Not worth it.
