Why is the name of the young photographer from Pokemon who was also the main character in Pokemon Snap a censored word?
Also, why isn't the word "teat" or "teats" censored?

It's the last name of that poor girl who commited suicide because she was bullied. Apparently so many threads were posted about her, and people were so agressive that one of my colleagues filtered her name to stop the discussions. I'm trying to unfilter it because the discussions are now over (but I don't know if I'm allowed to).
