There's almost no similarity in composition.
Cygnus Knights came out in 2009. I don't think they could copy their music in that short of time. According to the date of the video, I believe Cygnus Knights have been out for a while.
The only similarity I hear is the parts played by the left hand... which isn't rare at all

if you listen to a piano version of the bgm, it sounds similar to the song. kinda seems like joe hisaishi souped up it up with more instruments
treble clef is completely different. i also doubt joe hisaishi would plagiarize.
