Haha, first one failed on my Specs, second one ended up passing and added 4% str. now they're 5% allstat, 4% str!
How much did I gain? I don't plan on selling them though.

CMYK doesn't have 4% allstat nebulites. It's 4% allstat on one of the lines, with a 1% allstat nebulite.

Yeah, gold stamp gave my specs 4% acc as the 3rd line, literally the most useless thing post-BB QQ

They do, it's just really rare. I only have a 3% All stat neb. But I did see someone have a 4% all stat neb equipped on a gear and was selling it in the FM. So they do exist.
