i need a new car

aight so my 1995 geo prizm isn't holding up too well, and i'm going to have to get a different car soon. i've decided to get a newer car, because i had so many problems with this piece of crap, and hopefully a newer car won't have so many problems. what i'm really looking for is reliability. i'm planning on moving out after i get this car and i don't want to be stuck with too many surprises.

a 2011 green ford fiesta with ~25k miles would be $12k.
a 2013 green chevy spark would be $14k.
YES THEY HAVE TO BE THAT LIME GREEN COLOUR.

if i'm already spending 12k, might as well spend an extra 2k and get a new car, right? idk. this is a really hard decision because this is the most money i've ever spent. i have almost 12k in the bank right now (i will on friday).
