Exactly as he says it! My range is about 31k buffed, I have 67% luk, 214 atk and with Channel Karma and the 5 orbed Instinct, it's a bit over 31k self buffed. ^_^
Wear all the rising sun equips, get a secondary pendant slot, put a MoN in there, wear all three evos, and full empress gear, and a kentas goggles. Each pottable item have at least 6% all stat / luk and go low dex, like 10 dex and you should be 40k
i have around.. 31k range self buffed with... a 197att Halphas dagger, 5 set empress, around 10-14% total LUK, 32att gloves, 17 att Dragon khanjar,4att face accessory, 6 base DEX, 4 base STR
