Warrior Accuracy Help Please

With the new accuracy formula, I heard that it is a lot easier to go dexless. With that in mind, I created a DW, which i currently level 98. Training on gallos, I've noticed that he still misses roughly 10-20% of this attacks, which prevents me from 1hkoing 100%. Since I'm above gallos' level, 94, I'm assuming that weapon accuracy is still important, although much easier to get or worth less? What are fairly easy/cheap methods to obtain accuracy without sacrificing damage. Most of my equips are clean short of my weapon, which naturally doesn't add accuracy. Additionally, I'd like to not have to buy a zak/scar/targa helm unless absolutely necessary since I will only be playing my DW for 20 more levels and my funds are pretty low
