I don't. They're better off without me.
But the best way is to be upfront about your feelings. Writing notes, sending text, and saying it over the phone is pretty grade school-ish. You need to do it in person, face to face, to get the best chance. You can't lose. Even if the girl says she doesn't feel the same way, nothing is lost. Just remember there are 7 billion people on this planet. You'll find the right person who feels the same way about you at some point.
I usually try and talk with her a bit more, be a bit more touchy, try and make more jokes, try a do something I normally don't do, etc.
I usually try dropping hints here and there. Then I just go and tell her and hope for the best.
It's hard for me to tell people how I feel... Even if they tell me first.. I have really bad trust issues... I normally bottle it up until it makes me angry, then find a way to take my anger out, wether it be on inanimate objects other people, or even myself sometimes...
I know it's just the damn hormones working again, so I forget about 'em.
Well, I remember sophomore year when I had my super huge crush on my boyfriend, the only way I showed it was through horrible communication such as:
"...eehh.. h-hi."
Or laughing at his jokes. That's how I remembered it.
Edit: My friend told him that I liked him. I didn't want her to since I was going to tell him myself. But I'm glad she told him. For that, he wouldn't have noticed me the last couple of months at my old school. haha.
say it to her face
@FrenchFries: ya real srry we stopped chattin but you were a bit frighteninq......//
This, if you're a coward (which I do very often) or you might as well tell them your feelings. There ain't no shortcuts, bro.
I don't see anything cowardly about this. If you have feelings for somebody, you're not obligated to tell them about it. Maybe you don't even want them to know about it, or maybe you just want the feelings gone. There is this one girl I like, and while part of me tells me it would be great to open up to her and start a relationship, another part of me tells me to ignore the feelings because they are not important right now. It's not like high school relationships even go very far anyways.
yup basically what i do
....for shame I do that aswell.
Well, least I know now I'm not the only one who does this.

yup basically what i do
If ur too shy of verbal contanct use eye contact.
Be subtle about it and give hints little by little. Get past the touch barrier and start hanging out. After that, check he/she reacts if you touch them and if they even give you a kiss on the cheek. If that's done, go for it. Well, that's how I've been doing it though
You don't do anything and eventually those feelings will go away. Works for me.
I don't.
i tell them straight up and then prepare for the feelings to be one-sided
