Logout reward not working
As I was logging out the thing popped up and I chose a reward, my maple story then closed and I opened it again and logged in.I received the message to check my cash shop for my reward. I went into my cash shop and there was no reward. Can anyone explain what's going on?

Happened to me too. At first, I thought it was a bug. Found out like 1 week later that the vicious hammer was in my cash tab in my inventory.
Just wait 3 days.
If still not showing send a ticket.
Probably server lagging again

Yes, it does. Although, the message popped up and clearly told me to check the cash shop for my reward.
