Serious Thread Guys
Ok so im overweight and its really bringing me down. Whatever I do i just get bored of it and I can't/don't stick to it. The junk food keeps bringing me back and I live in an Indian household which means crap food. I try to eat healthy but I tend to slowly move away and get closer to junk food. Going to the gym i get bored and don't know what equipment to use to lose weight. Plus i just lose motivation because my family always brings me down. Can you guys give any tips for me. I will greatly appreciate this.

Try Kalteen Bars!
Get a friend to go to the gym with you. That way you're held more accountable. Also try to encourage family to diet with you.
This is what I did, but I do NOT recommend it.
One meal a day(breakfast), walk for two hours, not on treadmills. Just outside.
One thing at a time. Don't try to rush into it. You can start by maybe taking walks with a friend and at the same time reduce the intake of junk food. (It's hard i know, i went through it like 2 years ago) The most effective thing for losing weight is running and cardio. Friends make everything fun.
how old are you?
probably just baby fat.
Indian food isn't crap food. :v Besides, spicy food is very good for your metabolism.
Anyways, if you don't want to use the machines/don't know how to, just stretch, run, and maybe lift some weights. I feel like machines don't work that well anyways.
Play basketball with friends. It's good exercise and you're using most of your muscles. It's better than running. You could also swim.
mmm basically just make sure you burn more calories than you eat on a daily basis while getting a healthy/nutritional meal
try & keep a food diary & to make it a habit to write in
lastly the main equipment/workout you want to focus on would be things that deal with cardio
so running, cycling, etc. the worst thing is just keeping motivation & willpower
@Mhmmmm i run but my stamina insn't really up there. I get tired really quickly
@wontpostmuch thanks for the website and actually being helpful
Then walk/jog.
Take a holiday, rekindle with your missing motivation look at those who train? fitness show?, without it makes it hard to pursue your goal to lose weight. Is your family overweight? if so just imagine if you were fit you can laugh at them for being overweight if they bring you down. If all else fails Liposuction could be an alternatice o.o

Just starve, you'll lose weight pretty fast.
Mark my words, that title will come back to bite you in the ass.
We can't help you if you don't help yourself.
And by help yourself I don't mean help yourself to some cookies and ice cream.
Exercising and healthy food just isn't for you.
Spend time reading from Bodybuilding.com and other legit sources on what the best course of action for losing weight is. Focus on how awesome it will be once you have lost that weight whenever you get bored for motivation. Create a workout playlist and keep updating it to mix things up. The rest is up to you bro, gl!
