The quest says Change Hair and Face, but it only gives you the hair coupon. How do you get the face coupon? Thanks!

How to do the Tots quest for face?
The quest says Change Hair and Face, but it only gives you the hair coupon. How do you get the face coupon? Thanks!

There's no face coupon. The quest title has both because he briefly explains both (and they both work practically the same, coupon + npc = new look).
You only need yo use the hair coupon to finish the quest.
@Hydroxide All you need is a character lvl 60 or lower to click on his face on the side of the screen.
