7.4k, level 165. I got like 24% hp boost from potential, czak, and cannonner skill. Tbh though, hp wont matter unless your fighting the harder bosses (CHTP level and up) or really competetive at pvp.
I have 12.7k clean, fully (self) buffed and using a +2k HP potion I get to just over 20k.
I only have about 7 or 8k. Can't check cause Maple is being a black hole.
I have 9.1k with Rings and Empress Set. I have Lv. 50 Willpower though.
9.7k hp at lvl 170 (empress set+ perfext rex earings + rings)
There is not really a known average as people don't usually share HP or ask for it as frequently as they do for damage ranges.

Do you have the lvl 140 empress set effect that gives 15% hp/mp and full rising sun set effect? Or maybe Rex earring/Czak helm/CHTP? cuz those give %hp o.o
When i mean clean, i meant w/o equips
I already counted if i have those sets i would get 7241hp excluding the 15% hp/mp set effect
