Math question help.
OK so my math question is John divides 24 by a number. The quotient is -48. What is the number.
I am pretty sure the number is -.5 because 24/-.5=-48. My question is, is the answer right? If it is, how do I show my work? I just used my logic to find the 'number'.
Thanks dude. This really helped a lot and I wasn't exactly sure if you can have a negative decimal integer. So again thank you and this will help me in the coming test
-.5 isn't a negative decimal integer. Learn your definition of integer first please.
