I did 39-50 at CD's only took a good half hour if even that. it was 2 exp. i could have gotten to 60 there if i bought me a 2 exp card to go along with it.

You can train in Aquaroad.

I would grind at Azwan, or more specifically, Normal Defense Mode. ._.

Sand Rats In Arient Very Fast if you can kill fast about like 13k hp and like 500exp with so much spawn
Next best thing is Lpq like 40-70% a run depending on your level
Next Best Thing is Cellions in Orbis they have so much spawn are lvl 45 or sum and give like 250 exp
