Why people lag horribly in towns,fms, or populated areas
Well it's Blackcipher. To all the people, it doesn't really matter if you put it on low priority, that isn't the solution. The problem with Blackcipher is that whenever you're logged in maple, BlackCipher collects information of EVERYTHING that goes on for YOU and EVERY OTHER CHARACTER. It also has to stay connected to the wherever Black cipher collects the information as long as your logged on. The reason however is that in some cases, Blackcipher puts too much use on your internet connection because your using alot of bandwith, staying connected to Maple, AND to Blackcipher. When Blackcipher doesn't have enough internet connection being output, it takes MORE SYSTEM PRIORITY to stay working, thus lagging maplestory.

Yea setting to low priority doesn't help if you don't have a CPU that's capable enough. Sooner or later blackcipher isn't prioritized high enough and it'll crash leading to the maplestory client to crash since blackcipher isn't running. It's the reason why I always crash now ._.
