Is it possible to raise Attack on empress by Aee?
Title. EX: I have my cape, 10 Att, and I use an AEE. Is it possible to raise the attack even if I chaosed it to that attack? I have tried on my overall, 13 Attack, but no luck.

enhancements only give attack on weapons/gloves (low rate for gloves)
no exceptions (for non-superior items)
Equip Enhancements only bring up attack on weapons.
