I Cannot Play Trombone

I have been unable to play trombone all day. I was practicing just fine before, but now I can't even do a Concert F without sounding airy and stupid.
I don't know what happened. My concert is tomorrow.

Here are some things that may have caused this:
I just suck today.
I ate ice cream.
I got braces on yesterday night.
I ate cháo.

I played my concert F.
But then my dad made me put chapstick on.
So slippery.

One does not simply play well when you got braces the day before.
I know so since I played my trumpet after I got my braces and it was hectic.

@ProBlades:
I talk normally. I did pronounce "glass" as "grass" today once, though, but I'm Asian.

@Reasonable:
Trigger + Blowing Same Way As Low B-Flat.
The one in first position with the blowing way a step lower than concert F.

@LOLfwappz:
Finding my fourth gade recorder to test that.
EDIT:
Confirmed true.

Its the braces. If you played a woodwind instrument it wouldnt affect it.

If you can't talk properly do you think you'd be able to play properly?
Just talk to your band director and I'm sure he'll understand.

Yeah, braces. It was difficult for me to play my flute after I got my braces. I managed to play without airy sounds on the 3rd or 4th day.

EDIT: oh hey i just realized. you're vietnamese too? 8D

yeah its frustrating. i took off my braces the day before a concert and i couldn't play. it just takes getting use to, you'll sound bad until you do.
