The scrolls were nerfed in the extractions to +5 atk when I saw them

In KMST, 10th anniversary coin has +10 weapon attack scroll for 10% success rate. That is way worse than Red Scrolls during red patch.
It also had 60% 5~6 W.A. scroll.
Those are so bad (really bad) compare to the red scrolls... 50% success rate +8 Weapon Attack scroll

time to hit up those +10% scrolls, dat diligence, those prot scrolls, and even those white scrolls. Bring out all yo' scrolling tools, because this is going to be one hell of a scrolling trip!

I am korean and this is where i get KMST resource from. It says 10% success rate for +10 weapon attack

You keep saying KMST but KMST is a test server no? Not all the values/changes/etc make it from the live version
I really don't think Max made a mistake on ths scrolling values in his blog (we're all make mistakes but still)
should check the official patch notes for 10th Anniversary in the KMS website if you can read korean instead of following KMST notes
