Well, considering that end-game stars are furies, (100m/ea) and you should have about 20 or more, yeah it is.
I believe luk is also the most pricey stat in the game ? Not 100 on that but i'm pretty sure.
I've already spent too much on mine :X
Ilbies will do you fine till 170 i bet.

20 ilbies = 230-300m
20furies = 2b

The differance? 3 attack.

thats 1.7b you can use for whatever you want if you use 20 ilbies.
1.7b i bet you can get %luk on alot of your armors, which will equal more than 3att

furies = the end game star once EVERY LAST PIECE of armor you have is already scrolled

Also this 1-3 bil is not all spent at the time i've maybe use 400m to fund my hermit and I've wasted more than I should. You spend the mesarz at 80 and 100+
It's costly if you want good damage. I've spent about 1 bil on my NL, and all I get is crap damage. =
it aint crap damage, its what this day in age's maple stand is, that makes yu think your damage aint good. but back in the day 1/4 that damage was awesome i bet

So new standards change the entire game up, and it depends what crap damage is to who, to a 6b+funded NL, yeah its guna be pure crap, if its to a brand new player its going to be best thang he ever seen, if its to a mediorce player it might be average, just depends on tons of various factors.

Aye, Straight up, just play it if its something you think you'll have fun with.
I started this NightLord with 0 mesos, my damage sucked, but I kept at it, just because it was fun.
I been playing my NL for years, and I love it, I aint never guna change, if you find that one particular class that gives you that sparkle in your eye whenever
you use its skills, I think you'll be set.

People say the average NL costs 1b+? thats BS. The average NightLord is whatever the average player can afford, which can be anywhere from 100% clean equips to equips scrolled over time.

and nowadays with potential, ONE item, JUST ONE, can you rich, if you are "lucky" enough to magnyfy the correct one.

Funness of the class>Bossing>Mesos>Training>

Ilbis are like 7m-8m in MapleSEA delphinus.

Ive spent at least 1b+ on this character. Mostly Nx Wise. I use steelies and have a decent claw, Hb pants, 20+ Luk top, etc. It is an expensive class.

Lets see. NLs worry about their dex and want to keep it as low as possible. NLs have low HP compared to others. Quantity > Quality but Quality+Quantity > all to others. Claws, atk gloves etc. I'd say they're pretty expensive if you play for damage since you have to become low dex with +dex equips potted with %luk, find a way to get more HP, and get tons of furies and etc... Otherwise, if you play for fun, you'll be weaker than others, but at least you'll have fun eh? ^_^

I started with 0, and so did many, if not most, NLs. So you're better off than when we started. xD

In the long-run, yeah, we tend to have high standards and aren't hesitant to pay a little extra for it. I mean, why not? A class you enjoy is worth the extra mesos, yeah? xD

I'm only level 58 on my NL and already spent atleast 1.5b on this char on things I actually use...
Most expensive class, Not for new people of people with under 1 bil.
Not quite true.

This was the third character I ever made, and the only other characters I had made before that were level 20, and 21, both with messed up stats. I made this one, with no mesos, and little knowledge of MS, and I'd say I've done alright.

TONS of other NLs are the same way as me. Although, in general, you're right.

We love damage. Therefore, you must spend more.

No. They arent expensive. IF you're playing for fun. If you are playing for damage, then yes they tend to get costly.

um, they dont cost much, the only thing that cost money is stars, and quips,(depending on if u got dex/lowdex/dexless) but the recharging of the stars doesnt even scratch the amount of money u have. (unless u only have 2k)
