Cannoneer or Warrior?
I have Top for Warrior 15% STR, And I can Get better % STR (Warrior/Pirate) and Decent Hb, but in my Cannoneer I can't Get Decent Hb (I don't have the pants lvl 90) (I like my Cannoneer for the range).

pirates don't have top and bottoms. they only have overall.
warriors can wear top and bottom, and you already have 15% str top. i'mn not sure what you're asking...
You ask "Cannoneer or warrior" in the warrior section? I say go with mages.
