120-121 looks exactly like what I did.
As for the benefits of maxing RF first, well, if you like RF more than Cannon, then I guess you get to have more fun your way.
Just remember that level 1 Cannon outdamages max RF, so if you want to kill a boss, Ship/Cannon will be more effective than RF.
I had a cool video of a RF-only Sair saved up, but when I checked recently, the person had deleted their Youtube account, so I can't share their awesome control with you.
The build you have so far looks good. After E-Boost, I would recommend Revenge -> Bullseye for the extra damage, cause you never have enough damage.[/quote]

ok ill change up my build a bit can come back and share wit u people
LHC monsters, all being bosses, don't get frozen though, so that's the + side of using Ice Splitter if you're training. However, while Battleship doesn't provide you with mobility, as a Corsair, not only do you lose attack, but you lose a lot of much needed defence and HP. Max Battleship; it's not that much of a hassle to turn off/on.
