Elemental Staff And Wand
Hey guys i found an elemental staff 7 in the fm for 700mil and i thought i might get it for my mage but i don't know if it has penalty anymore and also would it be good for evan?
And P/C 178atk it please clean btw

@FreakinJezus: i'll stick to my gm scrolled self cubed eligos wand and self cubed[clean] empress want over vip tbh.

the holy element is penalized by everything now. every boss is holy strong, half the good training spots are holy strong [/quote]

the way elemental weapons work ( unless they very recently changed it) is that if you use an elemental attack the weapon does not boost ( for example fire one boosts poison and fire) then it decreases damage done by 25%

if no penalty then it is good for evan......... can any evan sell me an elementalstaff6? dang, every funded evan i see that is using elemental staff 6 rather than 5.
